Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy :

At Paras Envelopes, we understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate the needs of our customers. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a processing fee as your order will have already been processed for dispatch. To cancel, simply contact our customer service team with your order details.

Refund Policy:

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please make your return within 30 days of the receipt date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Processing Returns:

To initiate a return, contact our customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the address provided by our customer service.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refund times depend on your card issuer’s policies.
